Chapter 210: Offenses · Article XIV. Offenses Concerning Fireworks
In short: Fireworks may be set off only on July 4, and not in the central business district.
The discharge of fireworks within the limits of the City of New Franklin, Missouri, shall be lawful on the fourth (4th) day of July of each year only, but only outside the district zoned as the central business district.
