New Franklin Smoking Ban in City Offices and Buildings ordinance (§ 210.710)
Chapter 210: Offenses · Article XV. Miscellaneous Offenses
A. It shall be unlawful for an individual to smoke in all City offices and City buildings in the City of New Franklin except in designated areas.
B. Designated areas permitting smoking shall be posted.
