Chapter 210: Offenses · Article XIV. Offenses Concerning Fireworks
In short: A fireworks sales permit costs $10.
Such permit shall be issued upon payment of a ten dollar ($10.00) fee therefor and it shall be unlawful for a person, firm or corporation to sell fireworks without first having secured a permit therefor.
