Chapter 210: Offenses · Article XIV. Offenses Concerning Fireworks
In short: Fireworks may be sold only June 15 through July 4, and only with a permit from the City Clerk.
The sale of fireworks within the limits of the City of New Franklin, Missouri, shall be permitted on the dates of June fifteenth (15th) to July fourth (4th), inclusive, of each year, provided a permit shall have been secured from the City Clerk therefor.
