Kingdom City Interpretation ordinance (§ 405.050)
Chapter 405: Floodplain Management · Article I. General Provisions
In interpreting and applying this Chapter, this Chapter shall be construed as setting forth the minimum requirements for construction within the special flood hazard area, and shall be interpreted so that each provision harmonizes with all others, and with all regulations established pursuant to the National Flood Insurance Program.
