Kingdom City Existing Restrictions ordinance (§ 405.040)
Chapter 405: Floodplain Management · Article I. General Provisions
It is not intended by this Chapter to repeal, abrogate, or impair any existing easement, covenant or deed restriction. However, where this Chapter imposes greater restrictions, the provisions of this Chapter shall prevail. Any Village ordinances which are inconsistent with this Chapter are hereby repealed to the extent of the inconsistency only.
