Hallsville Standard and Purpose ordinance (§ 500.090)

A. Before commencement of any construction, the applicant shall apply for and obtain a building permit from the City of Hallsville and the County of Boone; said County permit application to be completed and submitted by the City of Hallsville in the office of the City Clerk.

B. This Article is enacted to allow the City of Hallsville to recover the costs of City staff and equipment used in the performance of issuance, administration and inspection required due to construction within the City of Hallsville.
