Hallsville Appeal Process ordinance (§ 500.080)

Chapter 500: Building Regulations · Article II. Occupancy Permits

There shall be made available to the accountable party the opportunity to appeal the decision(s) made by the Authorizing Official, and that appeal shall be placed in writing, and inspecting authorities and the Authorizing Official shall meet with the accountable party to hear the appeal.
