Hallsville Permit Classification ordinance (§ 500.100)

A. For the purpose of this Article, building permits issued in the City of Hallsville shall be designated to belong in one (1) of the following classifications:

1. Gas/Electric Tag Permit Classification. This classification will include any permit issued for gas or electric work to outbuildings or residential homes.

2. General Permit Classification. This classification will include any permit not found in any other classification.

3. Remodel/ Addition Permit Classification. This classification will include any permit issued for the remodel or addition work to outbuildings or residential homes.

4. Residential Permit Classification. This classification will include any pennit issued for the construction of a new single family residence.

5. Commercial/Multifamily/Industrial Permit Classification. This classification will include any permit issued for the construction of a new commercial business or new industrial business, or the building of multi-unit residential structures.
