Hallsville City Clerk and Treasurer; Offices Combined ordinance (§ 115.360)

A. The offices of City Clerk and Treasurer are hereby combined, and the person so serving as City Clerk and Treasurer shall be charged with all the duties of both offices as established by statute or ordinance.

B. The person so serving as City Clerk and Treasurer shall be paid a salary equal to the salary established by ordinance for the City Clerk, and no further salary shall be paid for the performance of duties of the Treasurer.
