Hallsville Superintendent of Public Works and Building Inspector; Offices Combined ordinance (§ 115.370)

A. The offices of Superintendent of Public Works and Building Inspector are hereby combined, and the person so serving shall be charged with all the duties of both offices as established by statute or ordinance.

B. The person so serving shall be paid a salary established by ordinance, and no further salary shall be paid for the performance of duties of the Superintendent of Public Works and/or the duties of Building Inspector.
