Hallsville City Clerk and Collector; Offices Combined ordinance (§ 115.350)

A. The offices of City Clerk and City Collector are hereby combined, and the person so serving as City Clerk and Collector shall be charged with all the duties of both offices as established by statute or ordinance.

B. The person so serving as City Clerk and Collector shall be paid a salary equal to the salary established by ordinance for the City Clerk, and no further salary shall be paid for the performance of duties of the City Collector.
