Hallsville Compensation ordinance (§ 115.220)
Chapter 115: City Officials · Article V. City Administrator
The Administrator shall receive such compensation as shall be fixed by ordinance. The administrator shall be entitled to all fringe benefits which are provided to other officers and employees of the City and to such other fringe benefits as may be provided by ordinance from time to time.
