Hallsville Removal from office ordinance (§ 115.230)

Chapter 115: City Officials · Article V. City Administrator

The Mayor may, with the consent of a majority of all the members of the Board of Aldermen, remove from office the City Administrator at will and the City Administrator may be so removed by a three-fourths (3/4) vote of all the members elected to the Board of Aldermen, independently of the Mayor's approval or recommendation.
