Hallsville Bond ordinance (§ 115.210)

Before entering upon the duties of his/her office, the Administrator shall file with the City a bond conditioned upon the faithful and honest performance of his/her duties and the rendering of faithful and proper accounts to the City for funds and property in his/her possession or under his/her control in the amount of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000.00); provided, however, in the event that the Administrator be covered by a blanket bond to the same extent as an individual, bond shall not be required. The cost of such bond shall be borne by the City.
