Fulton Unlawful work ordinance (§ 98-67)
Chapter 98: Streets, Sidewalks and Other Public Places · Article III. Excavations
No applicant for a permit under this article shall do or cause to be done any work on or any use of public ways in violation of the law or conditions of his permit or shall fail to properly protect all existing fixtures and installation encountered.
