Fulton Written acceptance of article ordinance (§ 98-68)
Chapter 98: Streets, Sidewalks and Other Public Places · Article III. Excavations
Whenever the city engineer shall deem it necessary, written acceptance of any or all applicable conditions of this article may be required of applicants contemplating work under or upon any street, avenue, boulevard, road, alley, sidewalk, public easement or highway.
