Fulton Repair of damage to pavement ordinance (§ 98-65)
Chapter 98: Streets, Sidewalks and Other Public Places · Article III. Excavations
The applicant for a permit required under this article shall be required to repair all pavements, edges of pavements and shoulders damaged as a result of a diversion of traffic.
