Fulton Billing ordinance (§ 94-130)

(a) The service charge provided for in this division is levied upon the occupant or tenant of each occupied dwelling unit, commercial business unit and industrial unit, unless the occupant is part of a rental complex for which solid waste service is being contracted for or provided by the owner of the complex, or in the absence of information as to the person who is either the owner or the tenant, billing therefor shall be made to the owner. Service charges shall be payable to the department empowered to collect service charges levied by the city.

(b) All service charges shall be rendered monthly as an additional billing on the utility bill and payable as such utility bill is paid.
