Chapter 94: Solid Waste · Article IV. Storage, Collection and Disposal
The manager shall have the authority to render solid waste collection and disposal service to any party who resides within a distance of one statute mile beyond the city boundaries and to assess service charges in accordance with the city schedule of fees and charges or as approved by the council.
