Fulton Termination upon proof that unit or establishment is unoccupied; resumption ordinance (§ 94-129)
Chapter 94: Solid Waste · Article IV. Storage, Collection and Disposal
The service and service charge shall be terminated only when the water service has been shut off at the meter by city personnel and the trash cart has been removed from the property by city personnel.
Services shall be commenced upon resumption of the aforementioned water service connection by city personnel and placement of the city trash cart by city personnel.
