Fulton Awning and canopy signs ordinance (§ 92-47)

All awning and canopy signs shall be subject to the general restrictions of wall signs and shall:

(1) Not exceed two feet in height;

(2) Maintain a clearance of at least ten feet above the ground or pavement in any place where there will be pedestrian or vehicular traffic beneath it; and

(3) Be painted or similarly affixed and may be constructed of the same material as the awning or canopy when such signs are applied to cloth or similar material.
