Fulton Church bulletin boards ordinance (§ 92-48)
Chapter 92: Signs · Article III. Standards and Requirements
Church bulletin boards shall be subject to the general restrictions of ground signs or wall signs, whichever is applicable, and not exceed 20 square feet in sign area.
