Fulton Mechanical contrivances prohibited ordinance (§ 92-46)

It shall be unlawful for any person to erect, install, maintain or display on or in connection with any premises owned, occupied or used by him any sign, which shall contain flashers, animators or mechanical movements or contrivances of any kind, excepting clocks and electronic reader boards. Any such sign so erected shall be an unlawful sign within the meaning of this chapter and shall be subject to removal by the director or his/her designee.
