Fulton Application ordinance (§ 58-27)

Chapter 58: Health and Sanitation · Article II. Business License and Compliance Procedures

Any person desiring to operate a food establishment shall make written application for a business license on forms provided by the city clerk. Such application shall include the name and address of each applicant, the location and type of the proposed food establishment, the signature of each applicant and other information as is deemed pertinent by the city clerk.
