Fulton Fees and issuance ordinance (§ 58-28)

The city clerk shall issue a business license to the applicant if its inspection reveals that the proposed food establishment complies with the requirements of this chapter and the regulatory authority and after payment of the appropriate fees to the city and/or the regulatory authority. The license fee schedule shall be set by the city council. Such business license shall be renewable annually.
