Fulton Requirements for business license ordinance (§ 58-26)
Chapter 58: Health and Sanitation · Article II. Business License and Compliance Procedures
No person shall operate a food establishment who does not have a valid business license issued to them by the city clerk. Only a person who complies with the requirements of this chapter in addition to satisfactory compliance of a fire inspection of the premises by the city fire department shall be entitled to receive or retain such business license. Licenses are not transferable. A valid business license shall be posted in every food establishment.
