Fulton Rules to be promulgated ordinance (§ 2-302)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees
The director of administration shall, from time to time, promulgate personnel rules and regulations which shall be published and distributed to city employees. It shall be the responsibility of each employee to be familiar with the rules and regulations and to obey the same.
