Fulton Employees at will ordinance (§ 2-301)

Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees

All employees of the city are employees at will, serving at the pleasure of the mayor and city council of the city, but subject to certain administrative protections as hereinafter set forth. These administrative procedures do not change the character of employment by the city from that of employees at will.
