Fulton Council to sit as court of impeachment ordinance (§ 2-284)

Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees

The trial and proceedings under this division shall be had and held before the city council, sitting as court of impeachment, and the proceeding shall be the same, as far as applicable, as prescribed by law for the trial of civil cases in courts of record in the state.
