Fulton Subpoenas for witnesses ordinance (§ 2-283)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees
The city clerk shall issue proper subpoenas for witnesses upon the application of a complaint under this division or the defendant, and such subpoenas may be served by the chief of police or any police officer.
