Fulton Presiding officer ordinance (§ 2-285)

Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees

In all impeachment proceedings before the council pursuant to this division, the mayor or person exercising the office of mayor shall preside. If the mayor or any councilmember shall be the person against whom the complaint is filed, such mayor or councilmember shall not preside over or vote in the impeachment proceedings.
