Fulton Removal of officer by council ordinance (§ 2-277)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees
Any officer, including the mayor, may, in the manner prescribed in section 2-276, for cause shown, be removed from office by six votes of the city council, independently of the mayor's approval or recommendation.
