Fulton Removal of officer by mayor ordinance (§ 2-276)
Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees
The mayor may, with the majority vote of all the members of the city council, remove from office for cause shown any city officer. Such officer being first given opportunity, together with witnesses, shall be heard before the council sitting as a court of impeachment.
