Fulton Impeached officer filling vacancy ordinance (§ 2-275)

Chapter 2: Administration · Article IV. Officers and Employees

Any city officer who shall be impeached and removed from office in accordance with this division shall not be eligible for election or appointment to fill the vacancy created by removal, but such vacancy shall be filled in other respects as other vacancies are filled.
