Fayette Jury Leave ordinance (§ 125.750)
Chapter 125: Personnel Administration System · Article VI. Leaves
An employee may be granted leave with pay when required to be absent from work for jury duty or as a trial witness. Compensation for such leave shall be limited to the difference between pay received for this service and normal City pay.
