Fayette Funeral Leave/Emergency Leave ordinance (§ 125.740)
Chapter 125: Personnel Administration System · Article VI. Leaves
An employee may be granted one (1) to three (3) working days leave with pay as needed in the event of the death in the immediate family. Such leave shall not be deducted from either sick leave or vacation leave. Funeral leave of one (1) day may be granted in view of special circumstances or deaths outside the immediate family, and may require the use of vacation time.
