Fayette Employee Evaluations ordinance (§ 125.360)

The City Administrator and Public Works Director in cooperation with the Department Head/Superintendents will evaluate staff in writing prior to April 15 of each year. Wages are reviewed each June by the Board of Aldermen. The City Administrator and Public Works Director will use approved evaluation forms and will take into account ability on the job, willingness to work as a member of the team, compliance with City policies, general attitude, and evidence of further training and educational experiences.
