Fayette Vacancy Posting ordinance (§ 125.350)
Chapter 125: Personnel Administration System · Article V. Specific Rules and Regulations
A job vacancy must be posted internally for a minimum of five (5) working days and if no internal applicants fill the position then it should be published in the local newspaper for at least two (2) consecutive publications.
