Fayette Minimum Age ordinance (§ 125.370)
Chapter 125: Personnel Administration System · Article V. Specific Rules and Regulations
The minimum age for employment as an introductory employee shall be eighteen (18) years of age except Police Officers who shall be twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum age of employment of seasonal employees shall be sixteen (16) years of age.
