Fayette Applications for Employment ordinance (§ 125.300)

Chapter 125: Personnel Administration System · Article V. Specific Rules and Regulations

Applications for employment shall be accepted at any time. All applications for employment shall be filed with the City Clerk. Filing the application with the City Clerk shall be considered proper filing to the Board of Aldermen. The information on the applications is to be handled as privileged information.
