Fayette Purpose ordinance (§ 125.290)
Chapter 125: Personnel Administration System · Article V. Specific Rules and Regulations
The purpose of this Article is to formalize personnel policies and practices. It will enable each employee to know the rights and responsibilities of municipal employment in the City of Fayette and that each employee can feel that personnel decisions are based on the principle of merit.
