Fayette Re-Classification: Promotion ordinance (§ 125.250)

When an employee is re-classified (promoted), his/her salary shall be advanced to the minimum wage range of the classification to which the employee is being reclassified or at least to an amount equal to or greater than the employee's current salary. No exceptions will be made to this provision of this Chapter except upon action by the Board of Aldermen.
