Fayette Conflict of Interest Policy ordinance (§ 125.090)

A. No City employee of the City of Fayette shall disclose confidential information, receive or make communications relating to official actions, or grant any improper favors, services, promises, or things of value, in the performance of his/her official duties.

B. No employee shall engage in any business, activity, or transaction that may interfere with the proper discharge of his/her official duties or would impair independence of judgment or action in the public interest.
