Fayette Animal Control Officer ordinance (§ 120.530)
Chapter 120: City Officials · Article VII. City Marshal
He/she shall act as Animal Control Officer and directing Police Officer to report all animals not on a leash as provided in the Animal Control Ordinance to the City dog control officer for impoundment and he/she shall provide what help is needed to the dog control officer.
