Fayette Hours Worked ordinance (§ 120.540)

The City Marshal shall work at least one hundred seventy (170) hours per calendar month, with three (3) regularly scheduled day shifts of at least eight (8) hours, and shall be on call at all times for emergencies except when on vacation or absent from the City after personally notifying the City Administrator and/or the Mayor or a member of the Board of Aldermen or, should they be unavailable, a member of the police force.
