Fayette Duties ordinance (§ 120.520)

The City Marshal shall coordinate all emergency services within and for the City of Fayette, Missouri. He/she shall coordinate and schedule the shifts of all Police Officers employed by the City. The City Marshal shall be responsible for all City property placed in his/her care and used by the department. He/she shall cause to be made a yearly inventory of department property and shall report the findings thereof to the City Administrator during the last week in March of every year.
