Columbia June, 2012 extension of corporate limits ordinance (§ 1-11.6)

The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:

Being all of Tract 2 and part of Tract 3 of the survey recorded in Book 696, Page 913, and part of Tract C of the warranty deed recorded in Book 1908, Page 411 and being further described as follows:

Beginning at the northwest corner of said Tract 2; thence along the north line of said Tract 2, S86°35′00E, 250.00 feet to the northeast corner of said Tract 2, said point also being on the west line of said Tract C; thence along said west line, N03°25′00″E, 402.49 feet to a point on the south line of the tract of land described by warranty deed recorded in Book 737, Page 674; thence along said south line, S86°35′00″E, 50.00 feet to a point on the east line of said Tract C, said point also being on the west line of Belmont Park Plat 1 recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 90; thence along said lines, S03°25′00″W, 630.58 feet to the city limit line; thence along said line, N88°13′00″W, 300.13 feet to a point on the west line of said Tract 3; thence along said line N03°25′00″E, 236.65 feet to the point of beginning.
