Columbia April, 2012 extension of corporate limits ordinance (§ 1-11.5)
Chapter 1: General Provisions
The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:
Tract One
A tract located in the northeast quarter of Section 33, Township 48 North, Range 13 West, Boone County, Missouri being more particularly described as follows:
Tract One (1) of Country Farms Subdivision Plat 3 as shown by the plat recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 71, Records of Boone County, Missouri.
Tract Two
A tract located in the northeast quarter of Section 33, Township 48 North, Range 13 West, Boone County, Missouri being more particularly described as follows:
Tract two (2) of Country Farms Subdivision Plat 3 as shown by the plat recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 71, Records of Boone County, Missouri.
