Columbia July, 2012 extension of corporate limits ordinance (§ 1-11.7)

The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:

A tract of land containing fifteen (15) acres, more or less, located in the west half (W ½) of the south west quarter (SW ¼) of Section 34, Township 48 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in Boone County, Missouri being the tract described by the deed in Book 3227 Page 8 and the tract described by the deed in Book 3227 Page 5 all of the Boone County Records, and being described as follows: All of the land located in the west half (W ½) of the southwest quarter (SW ¼) of said Section 34 lying south of Mill Creek Estates Subdivision as shown by the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16 Page 13, Records of Boone County, Missouri and lying north of Century Oak Estates as shown by the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24 Page 40, Records of Boone County, Missouri.
